Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz. spaghetti
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a small Dutch oven, stirring until it crumbles; drain well.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce, water, dried onion flakes, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  4. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
  6. Cook spaghetti as package directs and drain.
  7. Spoon meat sauce over cooked spaghetti.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
