Ingredients

  • 8 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans diced green chilies
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 cup picante sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 small package jalapeno Velveeta cheese
  • 1 package grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Combine baked chicken, one can of green chilies, chopped onion, Tabasco sauce, picante sauce, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Place the mixture in a large skillet and simmer, stirring occasionally, while preparing the sauce.
