Spicy fish fillets baked with a flavorful bread crumb crust, seasoned with mustard, Worcestershire, vinegar, and white pepper, perfect for a quick, savory seafood meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

  1. Wipe fish fillets with a damp cloth.
  2. Place fish in a greased shallow baking pan, covering the bottom with bread crumbs.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients (vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, melted butter, white pepper) and pour over the fish.
  4. Garnish with paprika and bake at 450°F for 10 to 20 minutes.
