Spoon Bread Ham Supper

- Saute chopped green onions in 1 tablespoon melted butter for 5 minutes.
- Combine corn muffin mix, chopped cooked ham, 2 tablespoons melted butter, eggs, milk, prepared mustard, and 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Add sautéed onions to the mixture and stir just until blended.
- Pour the batter into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Top with remaining 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons melted butter, and sprinkle with sesame seed.
- Bake in a 375°F oven for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and set.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot, optionally with Mushroom Sauce.
