Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small sour cream
  • corn flakes
  • 12 oz. grated cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 stick butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, grated cheese, butter, salt, and pepper together well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a long baking dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350°F or microwave for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven, sprinkle cornflakes on top, and return to oven or microwave for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
