Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups unsifted flour
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup pureed cooked squash
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. In a separate bowl, mix egg, pureed cooked squash, milk, and melted butter.
