Ingredients

  • 1 small box lemon jello
  • 1 small box orange jello
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 2 bananas, diced
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheese
  • 40 miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lemon and orange gelatin in hot water.
  2. Add cold water, diced bananas, crushed pineapple, and miniature marshmallows to the gelatin mixture.
  3. Chill until congealed.
  4. In a separate saucepan, cook sugar, egg, flour, and pineapple juice until thickened.
  5. Cool the cooked mixture.
  6. Spread the cooled mixture over the congealed gelatin layer.
  7. Mix Cool Whip with cream cheese and beat until light and fluffy.
  8. Spread the Cool Whip mixture over the second layer.
  9. Sprinkle sharp cheese over the top of the salad before serving.
