Stir-Fried Beef Vegetables
A flavorful stir-fry combining tender beef with vibrant vegetables, soy sauce, and garlic, served over rice for a satisfying and quick meal perfect for busy weeknights.

- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Stir-fry sliced beef until browned, then remove from skillet.
- Cut onions into thin wedges and mince garlic clove.
- Stir-fry onions and garlic briefly, then add broccoli and cauliflower and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add drained mushrooms and return beef to the skillet.
- Mix crushed bouillon cube and soy sauce into the skillet.
- Blend cornstarch in 3/4 cup water and add to the skillet.
- Stir and cook for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
