Savory stuffed mushrooms filled with a flavorful crab and herb stuffing, topped with chopped eggs and vegetables, perfect as an appetizer or party finger food.

Ingredients

  • 24 medium fresh mushrooms
  • 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans crab, drained
  • 1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1 finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 finely chopped boiled eggs
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 stalk finely chopped celery
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients: crab, stuffing, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, boiled eggs, onion, celery, and mayonnaise until well combined.
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms and stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
  3. Arrange stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
