- Combine canned pumpkin, Sugar Twin, brown sugar substitute, eggs, and cooking oil in a bowl. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, ginger, allspice, cinnamon, and oats.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture, then add water and raisins. Mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
