Super Beef Spaghetti Squares

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs (Italian is best)
  • 1 (13 oz.) can milk
  • 7 to 8 oz. spaghetti
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. reserved grease

Instructions

  1. Fry meat and drain, but reserve 2 tablespoons of grease. Sprinkle on salt and pepper.
  2. Add chopped onions, bread crumbs and canned milk. Mix and put into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
  3. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
