Ingredients

  • 4 oz macaroni
  • 2 Tbsp onion
  • 1 Tbsp fat
  • 1 cup diced meat (Spam or Treet)
  • 1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup green beans or asparagus
  • 1 cup cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni until al dente and drain.
  2. Brown the chopped onion in fat until translucent.
  3. Add diced meat to the onion and cook until browned.
  4. Pour the cream of celery or mushroom soup and milk over the meat mixture.
  5. In a casserole dish, layer half of the cooked macaroni, green beans or asparagus, and meat mixture.
  6. Top with half a cup of cheese.
  7. Repeat the layers with remaining macaroni, green beans or asparagus, meat mixture, and cheese.
  8. Bake the casserole at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
