Ingredients

  • 3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, beaten eggs, milk, vanilla, and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar and flour.
  4. Stir the brown sugar mixture into the sweet potato mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
