- Drain the frozen chopped broccoli.
- Layer half of the broccoli, ham, and Swiss cheese in the unbaked pie shell.
- Repeat the layering with the remaining broccoli, ham, and cheese.
- Sprinkle chopped onion on top of the layered ingredients.
- Set the pie aside.
- Gradually stir the scalded milk into the slightly beaten eggs; add salt and pepper.
