Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen broccoli spears
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 can Durkee French fried onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Arrange cooked and drained broccoli spears in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer sliced hard-cooked eggs, half of the French fried onions, condensed cream of celery soup, and shredded Swiss cheese over the broccoli.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
  4. Top with the remaining French fried onions.
  5. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and bubbly.
