Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fructose
  • 6 packages Sweet-One diabetic sweetener
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Butter Buds sprinkles
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Spray an 8-inch square pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, stir together fructose, Sweet-One, margarine, eggs, Butter Buds, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in the dry ingredients just until blended.
  4. Spread the batter in the prepared pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
