Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • pepper
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 pkg flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • salt
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1 can refried beans

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, chopped onion, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, flour, chopped tomatoes, and chopped green chilies in a skillet. Cook until beef is almost done.
  2. Heat tortillas in a dry skillet on both sides until warm.
  3. Spread heated refried beans over each tortilla.
  4. Spoon the ground beef mixture over the beans and roll up the tortillas.
  5. Place the rolled burritos seam side down in a shallow baking dish.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and keep warm in the oven.
