Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. allspice
  • 1/8 tsp. cloves

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Form into 1-inch meatballs and place them in a circle on an 8-inch paper plate.
  3. Cover the meatballs with plastic wrap.
  4. Cook in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
  5. If frozen, cook for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Remove plastic wrap and serve with toothpicks.
