Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground chuck
  • 8 oz canned mushrooms
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 pkg frozen spinach
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground chuck in a skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add canned mushrooms and finely chopped garlic to the meat and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the frozen spinach and cook until well combined and heated through.
  4. Mix the canned celery soup and sour cream into the hot meat and vegetable mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a roaster or casserole dish, top with shredded mozzarella cheese, and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
