- Butter a 3-quart baking dish; cook and drain noodles.
- Melt butter in a skillet, sauté ground beef until browned, then stir in tomato sauce and flour; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, chopped onion, green pepper, and chopped olives in a bowl.
- Layer half the noodles in the prepared baking dish.
