Ingredients

  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 7 bananas peeled and sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 16 oz Cool Whip
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 12 oz chocolate syrup
  • 1 quart strawberries cut in half
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 cup walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tall glass bowl to form the crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla, then mix well.
  5. Fold in the Cool Whip until combined.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the bowl.
  7. Arrange sliced bananas over the cream layer.
  8. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the bananas.
  9. Top with halved strawberries, drained pineapple chunks, and chopped nuts.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
