Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced cooked turkey breast
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 (8 oz.) tubes reduced-fat refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced cooked turkey breast, shredded Swiss cheese, dried cranberries, diced celery, mayonnaise, chopped walnuts, minced parsley, honey mustard, and pepper.
  2. Separate the crescent dough into 16 triangles.
  3. Place the wide end of one triangle 3 inches from the edge of a 14-inch pizza pan with the point overhanging the edge.
  4. Repeat along the outer edge of the pan, overlapping the wide ends of the triangles to form a sun-like shape.
  5. Lightly press the wide ends together to secure.
  6. Spoon the turkey mixture over the wide ends of the triangles.
  7. Fold the points of the triangles over the filling and tuck them under the wide ends, leaving the filling visible.
  8. Brush the assembled wreath with the beaten egg white.
  9. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
