Turkey Crescent Wreath
A festive turkey crescent wreath packed with tender turkey, Swiss cheese, dried cranberries, and crunchy walnuts, perfect for gatherings or a flavorful weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced cooked turkey breast ⓘ
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese ⓘ
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries ⓘ
- 1/2 cup diced celery ⓘ
- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts ⓘ
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 2 (8 oz.) tubes reduced-fat refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 egg white ⓘ
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced cooked turkey breast, shredded Swiss cheese, dried cranberries, diced celery, mayonnaise, chopped walnuts, minced parsley, honey mustard, and pepper.
- Separate the crescent dough into 16 triangles.
- Place the wide end of one triangle 3 inches from the edge of a 14-inch pizza pan with the point overhanging the edge.
- Repeat along the outer edge of the pan, overlapping the wide ends of the triangles to form a sun-like shape.
- Lightly press the wide ends together to secure.
- Spoon the turkey mixture over the wide ends of the triangles.
- Fold the points of the triangles over the filling and tuck them under the wide ends, leaving the filling visible.
- Brush the assembled wreath with the beaten egg white.
- Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
