Instructions
- Lightly brown the ground beef.
- Add green onion and bell pepper; sauté until onion is tender.
- Add remaining ingredients, except the 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese.
- Simmer about 10 minutes until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool 10 minutes.
- Stir in cheese and set aside.
- Do not overcook this mixture.
