Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/3 cup steak sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Lightly brown the ground beef.
  2. Add green onion and bell pepper; sauté until onion is tender.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, except the 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese.
  4. Simmer about 10 minutes until it thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in cheese and set aside.
  7. Do not overcook this mixture.
