Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • dash of salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 1/2 cups oats
  • 1 package chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300° to 325° F.
  2. Mix together the butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Add flour, salt, and baking soda to the mixture and stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in the oats and chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake until light brown, about 12-15 minutes.
  7. Allow cookies to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
