Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. peanuts
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Instructions

  1. Beat brown sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
  2. Add vanilla to the mixture.
  3. Sift together dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Stir in peanuts, coconut, and chocolate chips into the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture over the bottom layer.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
