Ingredients
- 1 cup flour ⓘ
- 1 1/2 teaspoon double acting baking powder ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon onion salt ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder ⓘ
- dash cayenne pepper ⓘ
- 1/4 cup margarine ⓘ
- 1/2 cup milk ⓘ
- 7 ounces canned tuna, drained
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon green bell pepper, minced
- 1 tablespoon black olives, chopped ⓘ
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, onion salt, curry powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Cut in margarine until the mixture resembles small peas.
- Add milk all at once and stir until well blended.
- Add drained and flaked tuna, shredded Cheddar cheese, minced green bell pepper, and chopped black olives; blend well.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
- Bake in a preheated 450°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown.
