Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 small eggs
  • 1 cup celery soup
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
