Tuna Jello Salad
A colorful and savory gelatin salad combining tuna, crunchy celery, nuts, pineapple, and creamy dressing, perfect for potlucks, picnics, or light summer meals.

- Rinse the tuna cans in water, break up the tuna, and drain.
- Dissolve the lemon jello in boiling water, stirring until clear and dissolved.
- Add salt and lemon juice to the jello mixture and let it cool.
- Once cooled, add the drained tuna, chopped celery, crushed pineapple, chopped nuts, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
- Refrigerate overnight until set.
- Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves, garnished with a sprig of mint if desired.
- Optional: substitute lime or orange jello for a different color.
