Ingredients

  • 4 c. turkey broth
  • 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. minced ginger
  • 4 chicken or beef bouillon cubes
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 c. turkey, cooked and diced
  • flour (for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Combine in a saucepan the turkey broth, canned tomatoes with liquid, frozen lima beans, frozen corn, chopped onion, minced ginger, bouillon cubes, and pepper.
  2. Heat to boiling, then cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring as needed.
  3. Add cooked and diced turkey to the stew and cook for another 30 minutes.
