Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked turkey
  • 3 cups chopped celery
  • 1 1/8 cups mayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoons grated onion
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • poultry seasoning
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 ounces American cheese shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed potato sticks
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed potato sticks

Instructions

  1. Arrange the cooked turkey, chopped celery, mayonnaise, grated onion, lemon juice, poultry seasoning, salt, and American cheese lightly in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Top with shredded American cheese and crushed potato sticks.
  3. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
