Ingredients

  • 1 (5.5 oz.) package au gratin potatoes
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 medium stalk celery, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked turkey or chicken, cut-up

Instructions

  1. Grease a square baking dish.
  2. In a 2 1/2-quart bowl, cover potatoes with boiling water and stir in salt.
  3. Let stand uncovered for 15 minutes, then drain.
  4. Toss the drained potatoes with melted margarine and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Press the potato mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  6. Top the potato layer with thawed chopped broccoli.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F and bake until heated through and bubbly.
