Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 cups seasoned stuffing cubes
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 cup or more chopped cooked turkey
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle 2 cups of stuffing cubes over the bottom of a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer chopped cooked turkey, celery, and onion over the stuffing cubes.
  3. Top with the remaining stuffing cubes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, poultry seasoning, and condensed cream of chicken soup until well blended.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the stuffing and turkey layers in the dish.
  6. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for 50 to 60 minutes until set and golden.
