Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 pkg. giblets
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 1 1/2 pkg. bread croutons
  • 4 hard rolls
  • 2 cans mushrooms and juice
  • bunch of celery, diced
  • 2 to 3 onions, chopped
  • 1 to 2 cans chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Simmer giblets and turkey gizzards and neck in one can of chicken broth; add enough water to cover.
  2. Add Nature's Seasons, poultry seasoning, sage, chopped parsley, minced onion, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. When fully cooked, drain off the broth and reserve in the refrigerator until ready to stuff the turkey.
  4. Dice meat finely or put through a meat grinder.
