- Simmer giblets and turkey gizzards and neck in one can of chicken broth; add enough water to cover.
- Add Nature's Seasons, poultry seasoning, sage, chopped parsley, minced onion, salt and pepper to taste.
- When fully cooked, drain off the broth and reserve in the refrigerator until ready to stuff the turkey.
- Dice meat finely or put through a meat grinder.
