Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1/2 c. margarine or butter
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can clear chicken broth
  • 1 (14 oz.) bag Pepperidge Farm cubed country-style stuffing
  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped California walnuts
  • 12 to 14 lb. turkey

Instructions

  2. Add margarine, celery, and onion; cook until tender.
  3. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add stuffing, chopped apple, and walnuts; mix well.
