Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup oleo (margarine)
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 1/2 cups oats
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 package chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs in a large bowl; add the sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, oleo, baking soda, and vanilla. Mix well.
  2. Stir in the oats, salt, and chocolate chips; mix thoroughly until combined.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
