Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 c. cooked, cubed chicken or ham
  • 4 c. cooked noodles

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, cook chopped onion in butter until tender.
  2. Add condensed cream of chicken soup, condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir to combine and heat through.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes or until hot, then stir.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Bake until cheese melts.
