Ingredients

  • 2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1 envelope Ranch dressing mix
  • 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 3/4 cup diced fresh tomato
  • 3/4 cup chopped broccoli
  • 3/4 cup coarsely grated carrots
  • 3/4 cup sliced cauliflower

Instructions

  1. Pat the crescent rolls to fit in an 11 x 17-inch baking pan; bake at 350°F for 7 to 8 minutes, or until slightly browned.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, softened cream cheese, and dressing mix; spread mixture over the cooked crust in the pan.
  3. Mix chopped green pepper, sliced green onion, diced fresh tomato, chopped broccoli, grated carrots, and sliced cauliflower together well.
  4. Distribute the vegetable mixture evenly over the cheese mixture.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap; press down with hands, pushing vegetables into the cheese mixture.
  6. Refrigerate, covered, for 3 to 4 hours.
  7. Cut into bars to serve.
