Vegetable Bars(Appetizer - Pot Luck)

Ingredients
- 2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls ⓘ
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1/2 cup sour cream ⓘ
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese ⓘ
- 1 envelope Ranch dressing mix ⓘ
- 3/4 cup chopped green pepper ⓘ
- 3/4 cup sliced green onion ⓘ
- 3/4 cup diced fresh tomato ⓘ
- 3/4 cup chopped broccoli ⓘ
- 3/4 cup coarsely grated carrots
- 3/4 cup sliced cauliflower ⓘ
Instructions
- Pat the crescent rolls to fit in an 11 x 17-inch baking pan; bake at 350°F for 7 to 8 minutes, or until slightly browned.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, softened cream cheese, and dressing mix; spread mixture over the cooked crust in the pan.
- Mix chopped green pepper, sliced green onion, diced fresh tomato, chopped broccoli, grated carrots, and sliced cauliflower together well.
- Distribute the vegetable mixture evenly over the cheese mixture.
- Cover with plastic wrap; press down with hands, pushing vegetables into the cheese mixture.
- Refrigerate, covered, for 3 to 4 hours.
- Cut into bars to serve.
