Ingredients

  • 3 cans biscuits
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled or 1 bottle bacon bits
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Layer one can of biscuits in a tube pan and cut the biscuits into 1/4 pieces.
  2. Roll the biscuit pieces in melted margarine and place in the pan.
  3. Add a layer of chopped onion, green pepper, crumbled bacon or bacon bits, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Add the second can of biscuits and repeat with another layer of vegetables, bacon, and cheese.
  5. Add the third can of biscuits and top with remaining vegetables, bacon, and cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
