Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen corn or 2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup corn liquid and milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onions, cooked
  • 3 slices bacon, diced and cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the thawed or canned corn with the corn liquid and milk, cooked chopped onions, cooked diced bacon, butter, flour, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.
  2. Pour the mixture into a shallow, greased baking dish and top with buttered crumbs.
  3. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until the crumbs are browned.
