A creamy, flavorful vegetable taco dip combining cream cheese, salsas, and fresh vegetables, perfect for parties and snacks, served with crispy taco chips for a satisfying crunch.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 jar hot salsa
  • 1 jar medium salsa
  • 1 cup medium Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup shaved carrots
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese and mix it with hot salsa.
  2. Put the mixture into a serving dish and refrigerate to set.
  3. Top with medium salsa and spread it over the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Mix all vegetables and layer them on top of the medium salsa.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top of the vegetables and serve as a dip with taco chips.
