- Cook linguine in a large pot of boiling water according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
- Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- Heat oil to medium-hot and add garlic, zucchini, celery, and onion to the skillet. Stir-fry about 6 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Sprinkle with basil, salt, and pepper.
- Add mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, and stir-fry 4 more minutes or until heated through.
- Toss with cooked linguine and serve.
