- Sear the cubed deer meat quickly in hot oil in a skillet.
- Remove the meat from the skillet and drain excess fat.
- Put the seared meat into a crock-pot.
- Add sliced onions, chopped pepper, tomato sauce, canned tomatoes, garlic, oregano, basil and parsley flakes, brown sugar or honey, and Worcestershire sauce to the crock-pot.
- Stir all ingredients well.
- Cook on low for at least 3 hours.
