- Pound veal or pork cutlets until 1/4 inch thick.
- Dredge the cutlets with a mixture of flour, Season-All, black pepper, and nutmeg.
- Dip the coated cutlets into a mixture of beaten eggs and water, then into bread crumbs.
- Let the breaded cutlets dry for 30 minutes.
- Brown the cutlets on both sides in 1/2 cup of butter, cooking about 15 minutes.
- Remove veal to a hot platter and serve.
