Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chicken or beef
  • 1/2 c. fresh ground sausage
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed or salt
  • 2/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. pimento
  • 5 to 6 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 6 c. cracker crumbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan, pressing down gently to shape.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 60 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Remove from oven, let rest for a few minutes, then serve.
