Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 cups chopped apples

Instructions

  1. Combine brown sugar and margarine, then beat in eggs and vanilla.
  2. Add baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon into the egg mixture, alternating with milk.
  3. Add chopped apples, walnuts, and raisins to the mixture.
