Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. ground beef
  • 1 chunk Romano cheese
  • 2 or 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • fresh parsley
  • pinch of oregano
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together; grate cheese, garlic, and parsley very fine like dust.
  2. Roll the meat mixture into balls and place on an oiled cookie sheet with water added to the oil.
  3. Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 to 45 minutes.
