Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. zucchini, cooked and mashed
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 4 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Preheat a doughnut maker to 375°F.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the greased doughnut maker.
  4. Cook until one side is golden, then turn to cook the other side.
