Zucchini Sausage Bake
A hearty baked zucchini and sausage casserole combining savory sausage, tender zucchini, and cheesy toppings, perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the sausage, breaking it into small pieces. Drain excess fat.
- Toss the cooked sausage with 1 tablespoon of flour and spread evenly on the bottom of an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
- In the same skillet, cook zucchini and onion in butter until tender but not browned.
- Remove from heat and toss with the remaining flour.
- Spread half of the zucchini mixture over the sausage in the baking dish.
- Spread cottage cheese over the zucchini layer.
- Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and Parmesan-Romano cheese.
- Repeat with remaining zucchini mixture and cheese layers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
