Ingredients

  • 1 lb unpeeled zucchini, thinly sliced or grated
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 3 oz Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  4. Cool in the pan.
  5. Cut into triangles and serve.
