Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • onion powder
  • grated cheese
  • 1 small can green beans, drained
  • 1 can mushroom pieces, drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Butter an 8 x 12 x 2-inch baking dish.
  2. Lightly sauté ground beef until browned.
  3. Spread the cooked meat evenly in the prepared dish.
  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and onion powder over the meat.
  5. Cover generously with grated cheese.
  6. Add drained green beans and drained mushroom pieces mixed with mushroom soup on top.
  7. Top with Tater Tots and sprinkle with grated cheese again.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
